I’m happiest when I’m in my zone — working with people and helping them feel better in their own bodies.
My journey into massage therapy came from a genuine desire to care for others and give back to my community. Before this, I spent over 10 years working in childcare, which I truly loved. Over time, I felt drawn to support people in a different way — focusing more on their physical wellbeing, relaxation, and overall balance — and that’s what led me to massage therapy.
I am a registered massage therapist and a member of ARCHTI (The Association of Registered Complementary Health Therapists of Ireland). I completed my training at NWRC in 2018 and have continued learning ever since, adding techniques such as sports massage, hot stone therapy, cupping, lymphatic drainage, Indian head massage, and senior massage.
I love working with all kinds of people — from those simply needing time to relax, to clients managing tension or pain, to athletes and older clients. Every person is different, and I really believe there’s no “one size fits all,” so I always tailor each treatment to what you need on the day.
Creating a warm, friendly, and comfortable space is very important to me. I want you to feel at ease from the moment you walk in, knowing you’re in good hands.
It’s a real privilege to do this work — whether I’m helping someone feel relief from pain or just giving them time to switch off and relax.
